SnapData (“App”), owned and operated by Snapback Media Pty Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), provides a reporting tool that helps merchants sync Shopify product and order data into Google Sheets for analysis alongside Google Ads performance.

What data we collect

• Order information (line items, SKUs, dates, revenue)
• Product and variant data (titles, SKUs, GTINs, IDs)

How we use your data

We use the data to generate reports and visualizations in Google Sheets to help merchants understand sales trends and Google Ads performance.

Data storage and access

Access tokens and store data are securely stored and only used to retrieve and process data for the merchant's own reporting use. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

Merchant access and removal

Merchants may uninstall the app at any time from their Shopify admin, which immediately revokes our access to their store data. We will delete any stored data upon request.
